Hastelloy C276 (UNS No. N10276) Pipes | Hastelloy C22 (UNS No. N06022) Pipes | Hastelloy C2000 Pipes | Hastelloy B PipesHastelloy C-276 Alloy has excellent resistance to a wide variety of chemical process environments, including strong oxidizers such as ferric and cupric chlorides, hot contaminated media (organic and inorganic), chlorine, formic and acetic acids, acetic anhydride, and seawater and brine solutions.
Alloy 22 is nickel-base and typically contains 22% chromium, 14% molybdenum, and 3% tungsten. Iron is normally limited to less than 3%. The alloy’s high content of chromium gives it good resistance to wet corrosion by oxidizing media (e.g., nitric acid and ferric and cupric salts). Its contents of molybdenum and tungsten give the alloy resistance to wet reducing media (e.g., sulfuric and hydrochloric acids). Alloy 22 exhibits excellent resistance to corrosive attack by seawater under stagnant and flowing conditions.
Is a high-temperature, matrix-stiffened, nickel-chromium- iron-molybdenum alloy with outstanding oxidation resistance, and exceptional strength at up to 2200°F (1200°C). Hastelloy X Alloy Grade is designated as UNS N06002/ W.Nr 2.4665. Hastelloy X Alloy is listed in NACE MR-01-75.
Alloy B2 (UNS N10665 / W.Nr. 2.4617) is a solid solution strengthened, nickel-molybdenum alloy, typically used in extreme reducing conditions. B2 has significantly lower carbon, silicon and iron compared to its’ predecessor, Alloy B (UNS N10001), making the alloy less susceptible to decreased corrosion resistance in the weld zone, in the as-welded condition.
